President & CEO
With 18 years of brokerage experience, specializing in the sale of multifamily properties throughout central Ohio, Matthew Brown founded the Commercial Real Estate Services, an affiliate of the Wagenbrenner Company, with the goal of providing institutional quality disposition services to his clients.
Matthew excels in the disposition of multifamily assets of any size and has posted some of the largest and smallest transactions in Central Ohio. After 9 years specializing exclusively in the sale of multifamily properties in the Columbus office of Marcus & Millichap, Matthew joined the Wagenbrenner Company in October, 2009. Matthew was consistently a top multifamily producer for Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, prior to joining the Wagenbrenner Company.

Director of Operations
Chad Davie is a partner with Brown Multifamily Advisors (BMA). His roles with the firm include the supervision of BMA’s deal analysis section as well as the oversight of daily operations.
Chad has been with BMA since its inception and has assisted Matt Brown in the multifamily sector since 2015. His local real estate knowledge and experience in the commercial mortgage banking industry is helps BMA’s clients during all stages of the firm’s transactions. In addition to spending several years in mortgage banking, Chad also has significant experience in the fields of economic development and urban planning, having served with the former Ohio Department of Development and the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission.
In 2008, Chad formed a consulting business focused on commercial real estate development and finance, urban planning and grant writing. Chad earned a Bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University and a Master’s of City and Regional Planning from the Ohio State University.
